For setup In the terminal:

Go to the folder using cd folder path
git init
add the repository with git remote add origin <url of github

For uploading git add -A

git commit -m "WRITE YOUR MESSAGE FOR REMEMBERING OR NAMING THE COMMIT"

git pull origin main

git push origin main
